Your details, kept for the right reasons.
This explains how Mintmere Studio handles information you send through its website enquiry form. This service is run by the person behind Mintmere.
What we collect
Your name, email, business or project details, preferred package, information about an existing website or domain, and any deadline or other information you choose to give us. Our spam protection may process technical information needed to check the submission.
Why we use it
We use your details to read and respond to your enquiry, decide whether we can help and prepare a project quotation. The usual legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this form.
Who handles the information
Cloudflare hosts this website and verifies submissions with Turnstile. If configured, Resend sends your message to the service operator's email inbox. The email provider used for that inbox will also process the message. These providers may handle personal data as necessary to deliver their services.
How long it is kept
Enquiries should be reviewed and deleted when they are no longer needed. Unsuccessful enquiries are ordinarily deleted within 12 months, unless a legal or business reason requires longer retention. If you become a customer, necessary contract, invoice and project records may need longer retention.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or raise a concern about how it has been used, subject to applicable UK data protection rules. You can contact Mintmere Studio using the enquiry form or the email address provided in our correspondence. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Free design tools and saved drafts
The Website Workshop attempts to save your design choices, written brief, and uploaded images in private browser storage (IndexedDB, with limited local-storage fallback). This remains on your device and is not automatically sent to Mintmere Studio. Browser storage may be cleared or blocked, so please download the complete project file if you want a reliable portable backup. You can clear the saved draft from the tool or your browser settings.
If you copy a shareable design link, the URL itself contains your written choices and design details. Anyone with that link can view them, so avoid entering confidential information. Photos and logos you upload, and alternative A/B designs, are not included in public sharing links. Share links show the current design direction using sample imagery instead. Downloaded HTML previews and complete project JSON files may contain the images and logo you added, so only share them with people you choose.
If you choose “Ask Mintmere to build this”, the brief and concept link are transferred to the enquiry form for review. The complete design file may be attached automatically (if your browser permits and the file is within the stated limit), or you may choose to attach it manually. That file can include any photographs or logo you uploaded. Attached design files are sent via Resend and the email provider to Mintmere Studio only if you submit the form.
Cookies and external tools
This enquiry page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. The form does not use advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The external verification service may use necessary technical signals to protect against misuse.
