What happens after I enquire?
I'll review your idea, ask any questions needed to agree the scope, and send you a price and proposed timescale. There's no obligation to proceed.
What's included in the price?
The packages include the stated pages or features, individual design and two agreed rounds of revisions. Domain registration, hosting, paid services, major copywriting and extra functionality cost more where needed. We'll agree everything before you pay.
How do payments work?
Once the scope and price are agreed, I normally take 50% to start and 50% after approval, before launch.
Can I update my website afterwards?
It depends on how it's built. I'll explain whether content can be edited directly or needs technical changes. Ongoing support is optional and quoted separately.
Do you use AI?
I use modern development tools, including AI where it helps me work more efficiently. I direct the design, test the results and refine the finished experience. I'll always explain what is included and how your project will be handed over.
